Return Policy
Prior authorization from Eagle Quest Solutions, Inc. on all returned merchandise is required. This is to assure proper credit or refund. All returned shipments should be prepaid. Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns on personalized or customized items. Request for returns must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of order.
